Our 3,883 sq ft studio is located in the Jewelry District of Downtown LA.

Many high profile celebrities such as Sebastian Stan, Colman Domingo, Lil Nas X and many more have shot at our studio.

Whether you're here for a photoshoot, film shoot, workshop, event, meetings, base camp setup, conference, sound baths etc, we've got you covered.

The goal of the space is to support photographers, videographers, producers, make-up artists, fashion stylists, hairstylists, content creators, teachers and creatives.

Just a few friendly reminders to keep things smooth:

- Be respectful of the space and other tenants on the floor. Keep music at a reasonable level.

- No glitter, confetti, sand, milk, flour, powder, uncontained liquids, fake blood, wax, body oil, etc.

- No alcoholic beverages or drugs allowed.

- Use of open flames is strictly prohibited.

- Renter is responsible for any damages to the property.

- Outside catering is allowed.

- Pets are welcome.

- Additional fee of $10 per person over 15-people limit.

- Your rental time includes set up and break down times.

- Any children on set must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
